Applications are now open for the València Nomads Hub Entrepreneur Fair, taking place as part of the Winter Meetup 2026.
Following the first edition held during our Summer Meetup, we’re once again putting entrepreneurs from our international community in the spotlight.
We’re looking for founders, entrepreneurs and creators developing startups, businesses, products, services, communities, creative ventures and other innovative projects from València.
This is an opportunity to showcase what you’re building, gain visibility, take the stage and connect with València’s international community and local innovation ecosystem.

What is the Entrepreneur Fair?
The Entrepreneur Fair is an exhibition, visibility and networking space created to showcase entrepreneurial projects connected to València’s international community.
Selected projects will receive a dedicated space during the Winter Meetup to present their initiatives directly to attendees, exchange contacts and explore potential collaborations, partnerships, clients and other opportunities.
But it’s not just about having a stand.
Each of the selected entrepreneurs will also have the opportunity to take the stage for a 3-minute Entrepreneur Pitch, introducing their project to the Winter Meetup audience.
Beyond the businesses themselves, we want to discover the people and stories behind them.
What are you building? Why València? What brought you here? Where do you want to take your project next?
What will selected projects receive?
Up to 10 projects will be selected to participate in the Winter Meetup Entrepreneur Fair.
Selected projects will have the opportunity to:
- Showcase their project at a dedicated space during the Entrepreneur Fair.
- Present their project on stage with a 3-minute Entrepreneur Pitch.
- Gain visibility through València Nomads Hub communication channels.
- Connect with international professionals, entrepreneurs, founders and members of València’s innovation ecosystem.
- Meet potential collaborators, partners, clients and other entrepreneurs.
- Be featured as part of the Winter Meetup communication.
- Be considered for one of our Nomad Talks, where selected members of the community share their entrepreneurial or professional journey with the audience.
Participants will be encouraged to make their space their own by bringing visual and promotional materials such as roll-ups, business cards, flyers, merchandise, product samples, screens or other elements that help attendees discover their project.
Who can apply?
This call is open to entrepreneurial projects with a real connection to València.
You can apply if you are:
- A digital nomad or former digital nomad building your own project.
- An expat or international professional living in València.
- An international founder or entrepreneur based in València.
- A local entrepreneur whose project connects with the international, creative, digital or innovation ecosystem.
- A founder or creator developing a product, service, experience, community or initiative with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You don’t need to be a startup.
We also welcome independent businesses, creative ventures, communities and innovative initiatives at different stages of development.
We are particularly interested in projects that demonstrate:
- A clear idea or value proposition.
- A meaningful connection with València.
- An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
- Potential to generate connections or collaborations.
- An interesting founder or project story.
- Relevance to València’s international or local ecosystem.
- A collaborative, community-oriented approach.
We want the final selection to reflect the diversity of València’s entrepreneurial community across industries, backgrounds, nationalities and experiences.
How to apply
Applications are open from 1 to 15 October 2026.
To participate, you must complete the official application form.
Before starting your application, please prepare:
- Your business or project logo.
- Your LinkedIn profile and/or project page.
- Your project website, if available.
- Basic information about you and your project.
- A short description of what you’re building.
- Information about your connection to València.
- A video of up to 60 seconds introducing yourself and your project.
🎥 Your application video
Your video should briefly answer:
Who are you?
What does your project do?
What is your connection with València?
Why should your project be selected for the Entrepreneur Fair?
The video must be:
- A maximum of 60 seconds.
- Recorded horizontally.
- In English.
- Uploaded to YouTube as an unlisted video.
You’re welcome to add English and/or Spanish subtitles.
And feel free to be creative. You can speak directly to camera, show your product, introduce your team, include visuals or tell the story behind your project.
We’re not looking for highly produced videos or perfect presentations. We want to understand what you’re building, why it matters and who you are.
🔒 Important: keep your application private for now
Please do not publish your Entrepreneur Fair application publicly before receiving official instructions from our team.
During the application phase, your video must remain unlisted on YouTube and must not be shared publicly on LinkedIn or other social media platforms.
After applications close, our team will review the submissions and contact shortlisted projects with instructions for the next phase.
If shortlisted, you will receive information about:
- When to make your YouTube video public.
- How to publish your official LinkedIn post.
- The official copy and hashtags to use.
Please wait until you receive these instructions before publishing or promoting your application.
We strongly recommend starting the application form only once your video has been recorded, uploaded to YouTube as unlisted and is ready to submit.
How does the selection process work?
1. Applications
1–15 October 2026
Complete the application form and submit all required information, including your unlisted 60-second video.
Applications close on 15 October.
2. Internal review
15–20 October 2026
The València Nomads Hub and València Innovation Capital teams will review eligible applications.
The review will consider:
- Quality and clarity of the project.
- Connection with València.
- Relevance to the event and its community.
- Originality and entrepreneurial approach.
- Potential to create connections or collaborations.
- Quality and clarity of the application.
- Communication skills of the representative.
- Diversity of sectors, backgrounds and nationalities across the overall selection.
3. Shortlist & public visibility phase
From 20 October
Shortlisted projects will receive official instructions before publishing anything publicly.
This phase will include a coordinated LinkedIn campaign, allowing projects to introduce themselves publicly, activate their communities and generate visibility around their initiatives.
4. Final selection
Up to 10 projects will be selected to participate in the Winter Meetup Entrepreneur Fair.
The final list of participating projects will be confirmed by 6 November 2026.
Selected entrepreneurs will then receive practical guidance to prepare their stand, communication materials and 3-minute pitch.
Some applicants may also be invited to speak with our team if they are being considered for a Nomad Talk.

The public visibility phase
The Entrepreneur Fair is designed to create visibility before the event even begins.
Shortlisted projects may be featured in a coordinated LinkedIn campaign where they can introduce their initiative, share their story and activate their own communities.
The objective is to create conversation around the entrepreneurs and projects being built from València while giving shortlisted participants additional exposure.
This means that the Entrepreneur Fair is more than a competition for a physical stand.
It is a platform for entrepreneurial visibility, community activation and connection between international talent and València’s wider ecosystem.
Full instructions for this phase will be provided directly to shortlisted applicants.
About the Winter Meetup
The Entrepreneur Fair is part of the València Nomads Hub Winter Meetup 2026, the second edition of our major community Meetup following the Summer Meetup held in July 2026.
