Nomads Connect in Valencia: the first Val\u00e8ncia Nomads Hub event focused on integrating nomadic talent into the local innovation ecosystem.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Val\u00e8ncia Nomads Hub project, an initiative of Val\u00e8ncia Innovation Capital promoted by the Valencia City Council, hosted the first edition of Nomads Connect<\/strong>, an event designed to strengthen the connection between international professionals and Valencia\u2019s innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gathering brought together nearly one hundred attendees from multiple countries and featured two panel discussions alongside an institutional address. The central question guiding the event was clear: how can Valencia evolve from being an attractive destination for global talent into a place where that talent builds long term connections and professional roots?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conversation highlighted that while Valencia already offers strong fundamentals such as climate, quality of life and competitive cost of living, these factors alone are not enough. What ultimately determines whether international professionals stay is the strength of the ecosystem. This means the ability to connect newcomers with communities, companies, opportunities and local networks from the moment they arrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Language, access to professional networks and the creation of meaningful connections were identified as key challenges. The discussion focused on practical approaches that can help international professionals become active contributors to Valencia\u2019s social and economic ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She reaffirmed the city\u2019s commitment to positioning Valencia as a hub for international talent and emphasized that the goal is not only to attract digital nomads but also to support their long term integration into the local innovation ecosystem and the broader development of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
